there at her grandparents’ place, so she isn't going to be alone." | told him
"I'm glad that she finally has a father figure in her life," he said, and | nodded in agreement.
Before | knew it, Matt and | arrived at the restaurant. | was surprised when | realized that he had reserved the
whole place for us. There were candles everywhere and a violinist was playing a soft melody in the background.
"You did this all for me?" | was in pure awe. He went out of his way to make the night special for me.
"Anything for you, darling," he said as he placed his hands on my waist and kissed my lips. | put my hands on his
chest and kissed him back. He was amazing and | was lucky to have him. Sometimes, 1 felt like fate was giving
life.
The two of us sat down and soon, the waiter brought us our food. He had even ordered my favourite. Everything
he had done tonight was according to my liking and although | should have been happy, fear was gradually
taking over my heart
After finishing our dessert, he got up from his place and extended his hand to me. "Would you like to dance?" he
wondered.
